School, Sports, and Camp Physicals
Is your child is starting a new school year? Trying out for a soccer team? Heading back to summer camp? Stop into Acton Urgent Care for a physical first. Our friendly medical team is available 7 days a week to make sure your child is healthy and ready to participate.
During the exam, our provider will review your child’s medical history, perform a comprehensive physical exam, and provide useful information on injury prevention. We can also complete and sign required participation or school forms. Bring any necessary forms to your visit and if your child wears glasses, bring those too.
