Acton Urgent Care is an affordable alternative to the emergency room for non life-threatening illness and injuries. We accept most major insurance plans and can file a claim with your insurance company on your behalf. The amount that you are billed will depend on your individual insurance plan. We encourage you to speak with your insurance provider directly prior to your visit in order to verify coverage and costs.
You will also be expected to pay your outlined urgent care co-pay at the time of your visit.

For patients without insurance, we offer accessible self-pay rates:
Basic Visit – $150.00
Clinical exam with up to 2 Point of Care tests (e.g. Urinalysis and a Strep Screen)
Expanded Visit – $200.00
Clinical exam with 3 or more Point of Care tests and/or an X-Ray
Advanced Visit – $250.00
Wound Care, Burn Treatment, Fracture Care/Splinting, Joint Injections, etc.
