What insurances do you accept?

We are committed to providing affordable care, and are in the process of contracting with additional insurance providers. Please call our clinic with any questions regarding coverage and to learn about available discounts.
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
Bring your Drivers License or Photo ID, your Insurance Card (if you have insurance), and payment for the insurance co-pay. If you intend to self pay, payment is due at the time of treatment.
It’s also a good idea to have a list of current medications, past surgeries and medical conditions, and any allergies.
What will I need to pay upon checking in?
Insured patients will need to pay their outlined urgent care co-pay upon checking in. For self-pay patients, full payment is expected at time of treatment.
We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash.
Do you accept self-pay patients?
Yes! Acton Urgent Care is proud to offer affordable self-pay rates so we can provide all patients with high quality healthcare, regardless of insurance.
What conditions do you treat?
